  Pentium® III processors do not require speed settings.

For Pentium® III processors, you can ignore the speed settings.

Supported (384 MB max.) Memory Configurations

Any combination of 16, 32, 64, or 128 MB DIMM sizes, are acceptable.
Start filling at DIMM socket 0.
Use 3.3 V unbuffered Non-parity DIMMs only.
