Offical BIOS release 3D for VA6 v1.0

Release information:

1. Support Celeron 850(100), 900(100), PIII 1G,1.1GHz CPUs.
2. Fix Apacer 9256M,NEC SDRAM boot up failed issue.
3. Fix using 3 SDRAM modules, set the HOST CLOCK=100, SDRAM CLOCK=133,   
    can not boot up issue.

1.Upgrade BIOS via running "RUNME.BAT" under pure DOS please.
2.After BIOS updated, pull off the power core and then clear the CMOS data 
  via jumper before restarting system please.
