1.1 *Remove DMI function.
    *Add W83781D H/W monitor function.(But it need H/W support)
    *Add boot rom function. 

1.2 *Fix LCD panel display function disable.[when TV mode function (disable/NTSC/PAL) is         disable. 

1.3 *Change BIOS item (LCD & CRT) default mode from Both to CRT.
    *Change BIOS item (Audio IRQ) setup default from IRQ10 to IRQ9.
