patch serial mouse can not wakeup system at ACPI OS 
1. SMI IO Trap must be enabled. 
2. Add two hook "Init_Superio_At_S1" and"Init_Superio_At_Wake" to init serial mouse before POS standby. 
Add HDD S.M.A.R.T and DMI function Support. 
Fix Celeron®/256k 's 11.5 and 12 ratio error. Add code to use another way to check PIII and Celeron®. Because there are some Celeron® CPUs with 256k L2 cache, we need use new way to detect this kind of CPU.
