* Modify COM port autodetect procedure to prevent ISA PnP modem card conflict
  with on-board COM port. ( 144i PnP modem card )
* When PnP/PCI configuration --> "Resource Controlled By : Auto" cause
  IRQ3/4 resource conflict when ISA PnP modem card is used
* Add INT13 extension support for P6F40KA5 to support HDD larger than 8GB under
  WIN95 OSR2 or later version
