 System Memory
Ripcurl will implement the system memory bus using Direct Rambus™ technology. The Tehama
Memory Controller Hub (MCH) integrates two lock-stepped Direct Rambus Channels, providing
processor to memory bandwidth of 3.2GB/sec. The memory system will consist of the following
features:
 
 4 RIMM connectors, 2 per channel = 2 channel board
 2.5V and 2.5V SB VREGs supporting both channels
 Maximum of 32 Direct Rambus devices per channel
 Single or double-sided RIMM configurations
 Memory configurations from 128MB minimum to 1.5GB Supported - must be PC800 compliant

Supports the Intel Willamette processor in the PGA423 socket with a 400Mhz data bus
