              1. Fix IRQ 15 not functioning if Seconardy IDE is disabled.

              2. Fix parity error generated when AMD-K6 installed & ECC/PARITY 

                 enabled.

              3. Fix WIN95 can't configure PNP ISA correctly if PNP OS Installed = 

                 Yes, PNP ISA card eats up IRQs and 2 PCI IRQs are requested.

              4. Fix C: is duplicated in D: if CD-ROM boots failed.

              5. Support WINNT memory > 16M if Memory hole is enabled

              6. Fix IRQ15 being used by USB if all others are allocated.
