		1. Revise DMI CPU information for VIA C3 CPU.

		2. Support wake-up from S4 state by USB mouse click.

		3. Fix system resumes from standby immediately sometime under Win98 SE if 

		   Logitech M-CAA43 PS2 mouse is used.

		4. Fix system cannot resume from standby state by clicking a PS/2 wheel 

		   mouse.

		5. Fix APM suspend timer counts too rapidly.

		6. Rename "VIA Cyrix III" CPUs to "VIA C3".

		7. Rename "ZIP-100" to "ZIP".

		8. Fix I815E internal graphics disabled after CMOS is cleared.

		9. Update microcode.

	       10. Reserve IRQ 5 for Creative PCI audio card.

	       11. Fix Win98 SE cannot allocate resource for PCI devices if PowerVR KYRO 

		   AGP card is used in a system with two PCI-to-PCI bridges.

	       12. Fix SmartCard reader is disabled after ACPI OS resumes the system from 

		   Suspend-to-RAM state.

	       13. Re-organize BIOS data structure to free more space to accommodate image 

		   fitting the logo spec., 640x480x16.

	       14. Restore IRQ for SmartCard reader when system resumes from Suspend-to-RAM 

		   state.
