	1. Fix PS2 keyboard/mouse cannot wake up the system from Suspend-to-RAM.

	2. Fix Win98SE wake up from Suspend-to-RAM unexpectedly if USB is powered by +5Volt.

	4. Fix Genius PS2 Netmouse cannot be detected.
