It is necessary to read the following items.

1. Microsoft has bundled full support for this chipset into Win98 therefore
   it isn't necessary to install the VIA bus master IDE driver but we suggest
   installing the VIA AGP driver and IrQ routing miniport driver.

2. Win98 Installation
   a. Go into BIOS setup and enable USB support
   b. Install Win98 on your system
   c. Install the VIA IrQ routing miniport driver
   d. Install the VIA AGP driver

3. To install the VIA Windows 95 AGP driver, use the following installation
   procedure

   a. Install Windows 95 (OSR2 v2.1 , 1212 or 1214 later version, USBSUPP support)
   b. Install DirectX 5.
   c. Install AGP Graphics card Driver.
   d. Install VIA AGP VXD Driver
