This directory contains Flash BIOS upgrade packages for all the ION
systems based on Intel PC Platforms are available here.  Each .exe file includes the 
Flash BIOS upgrade utility and the BIOS, and most contain some
documentation.  Each of these upgrades has software license 
restrictions from Intel, Phoenix and AMI.  Most of the .exe files 
expand to a license.txt and another compressed file.  That second
compressed file is designed to be expanded to a bootable floppy disk
from which you can then reboot and perform the upgrade.
