The associated file, HOBBIOS.BIN contains the bios revision 3
     for the LANDesk (R) Server Monitor Module.  To install this
     to your server monitor module FLASH BIOS, do the following:

1.  Copy this file into the directory on the server where
    SMMAGNT.NLM resides (SYS:SYSTEM, by default).  The file name
    must remain "HOBBIOS.BIN."

2.  Start a module session if you are not already in one.

3.  Choose Module|Update Module Software from the pulldown menu,
    or right-click in the Session window and choose Update Module
    Software from the popup menu.

4.  Select Update BIOS.

5.  Click OK.

6.  Wait a few minutes while the update completes before trying to
    log into the module again.


An alternative method to update the FLASH BIOS is as follows:

1.  Copy this file to your LANDesk Server Monitor Module Utilities
    Diskette.

2.  Down the server, and exit to a DOS PROMPT.

3.  At the DOS prompt, type A:

4.  If the SMM TSR is running, you need to unload it.  
    Type SMMTSR /u

5.  At the DOS prompt, type SMMLOAD HOBBIOS.BIN 2

6.  Wait for the update to complete.

7.  Reboot the server.
