Update:
"I have a Presario 5356 with an OEM FIC CE31-A (v1.2) mobo currently running a 20GB Western Digital HD, Two 128 PC133 ram modules with a 433 Celeron. I also have a spare mobo from a 5346 which is identical except it has a 400 Celeron. The only CE31-A mobo supported on the FIC site is rev. 1.1 but I have successfully flashed the UA412 bios upgrade intended for the 1.1 version which is an AWARD 4.51pg bios, concidering the board came with a UE6132 AMIBIOS. I installed the 20GB HD before the bios upgrade and have not tried a 40GB yet." taken from a thread on motherboards.org.
