Offical BIOS release HYL for VH6-II 

Release information:

1.Fix STR mode fail issue.   
2.Fix system auto startup issue, while executing the command 
  "State After Power Failure Off ".                                                                                                                                                                   
3.Fix using King Max MPJA83s-883, PC150, 125MB RAM failure 
  to boot issue. 
4.Support FlashMenu utility.
5.BIOS compile date: 02/21/2001

1.Upgrade BIOS via running "RUNME.BAT" under pure DOS please.
2.After BIOS updated, pull off the power core and then clear the CMOS data 
  via jumper before restarting system please.
