Beta BIOS KG7_8S.B00 for KG7/KG7-lite/KG7-RAID

1. Support AMD AthlonXP 2100+ and 0.13 micron process AthlonXP CPU.
2. HPT 37x BIOS version 2.0.1024. The RAID function is for KG7-RAID
   only. This BIOS version is also for non RAID boards and HPT BIOS
   will be automatically disabled while RAID controller chip not
   detected.
