Abstract: IPSSEND UNDER NT 4.0 CAN CAUSE BLUE SCREEN, HANG OR REBOOT


SYMPTOM:

Using the IPSSEND command "IPSSEND GETEVENT <adapter number> SOFT" under Windows NT 4.0 can cause the system to blue screen with the following message, "IRQL not less than or equal to", hang or reboot.
