Adding UMA Clients to the UMASystems SmartSet
The nvsniffer.exe program detects client workstations that have UMA installed. You can run the
nvsniffer.exe program from the command line. Once you have run nvsniffer.exe:
- UMA clients become members of the UMASystems and EARSystems SmartSets with icons that give
you direct access to UMA.
- The NetView Console Tools menu is expanded to include items that that let you access Universal
Management and UMA Inventory options.
