A customized setup configuration (other than
the default settings)
might have been set on the computer you are servicing. Running
Automatic Configuration might alter those settings. Note the
current configuration settings (using the View configuration
or Set and view SCSI device configuration
option) and verify that the same settings are in place when service is
completed.
