Audio Checkout

Do as follows:

For TP 390E - (2626)
  1.  Boot from and start PC Doctor, (See 'PC Doctor Systems Diagnostics' for details.)
  2.  Select Interactive Tests
  3.  Select Internal Speaker
     If no sound is played, replace the speaker or the system board.
  4.  Select Stereo Speaker
     If no music is played, replace the speaker or the system board.


For TP 390/i Series 1700 - (2626, 2627)

  1.  Go to the Startup menu by selecting Audio Play and Record Test in the diagnostic diskette..
  2.  If no music is played, replace the speaker or the planar board.
