        (2) How to Upgrade?



        Please follow the below step to do the BIOS Flash.



        1) Make sure your system no any memory management program.

           ( In Win 95, typing Shift-F5 before going into Win95 booting)

        2) Type "PHLASH" executing Flash Utility.

        3) Wait Flash complete, and press any key to reboot your system.
